This ePortal provides access to XETA’s Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring and analysis tools and metrics. The XETA NOC is staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
You are encouraged to use this site to monitor the status of your site. Please report any issues directly to the NOC.
XETA's ePortal affords users the opportunity to:
- Create new Service Requests (break/fix or move/add/change)
- Review/search Service Requests (open and closed)
- Access live monitoring reports for managed devices
